Wellington, Florida – They started preparing and planning last June and on September 1st they were off to the races. The 3rd annual Pat’s vs Colts ticket raffle for charity was underway. The Waltham Boys & Girls Club was chosen as this year’s benefactor and will receive 25% of the proceeds from the raffle. With ninety-nine percent of the ticket sales coming out of the New England area, Kevin McLellan sat in Florida pushing and pushing the marketing and advertising with radio, tv, newspapers in the New England area. McLellan says: “this year we were very fortunate to have some great sponsors and media come on board and donate items to make this a very successful ticket raffle”. This years raffle topped last year, tripling in both money raised, and ticket sales. This is only going to get bigger and better every year as far as I can see, we met some great people this year and they all want to help us again next year”. McLellan adds. This was also a great opportunity to be able to give something back to my hometown Boys & Girls Club for the kids. The drawing was held this past Sunday night and the game will be played in Foxboro on December 4th at 1pm. (it was a night game and the NFL changed the time) We want to thank all our family and friends back in New England for all their support and participation in making this years raffle so successful.

Just days after Tyler’s death, the McLellan’s started the Tyler McLellan Foundation a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization. The foundation is geared towards rewarding perseverance and not allowing a family’s finances to hold players back.
