Trevor Bauer Trolls Yordano Ventura
By Kris Dunn on April 24, 2015
Yordano Ventura has been ejected from his last two starts. I’m sure you remember the brawl with the Oakland A’s last week. Thursday night, Ventura dropped-the-gloves once again.
After White Sox outfielder Adam Eaton bounced a hot-shot back at him, Ventura mouthed a few expletives, then proceeded to walk towards Eaton.
This did not go over well.
It’s not just those in Chicago and Oakland that are in awe of Ventura’s antics either. Cleveland Indians pitcher Trevor Bauer blasted the Royals pitcher on Twitter.
I don’t know about y’all but I’m usually happy when I get a ground ball back to mound.

I’m sure Bauer’s comments will ignite Ventura and we’ll see another bean ball war in the near future. No word yet on how Carlos Santana, Jason Kipnis, or Brandon Moss feel about their pitchers comments. It will undeniably be one of those three that is the focus of any retaliatory efforts from the Royals.
We’ll have to wait and see how MLB handles this; I’d be shocked if Ventura didn’t receive at least a five game suspension.
