Yankees Burton Follows Capuano

DUNEDIN, Fla.—Yankees RHP Jared Burton (strained lat muscle) threw a scoreless inning Wednesday against the Blue Jays extended spring squad.

Burton pitched in relief of Chris Capuano saying, “It feels good, it’s just a repetition thing at this point now. I had to take two weeks off with no throwing, so now it’s getting back in the grove of things and getting my arm strength back.”

As to when he will pitch next Burton said with confidence, “Saturday in Bradenton (Pirates).”
