Anderson Notches First Pro W

The Atlanta Braves first pick in this June’s draft Ian Anderson got his first professional win on Monday with his parents, twin brother and younger brother present. Anderson went five innings in a 5-2 Braves GCL win over the Pirates at Disney. The 18-year old allowed an unearned run on four hits while walking two and striking out four. He threw 55-pitches, 43 for strikes with 15 of the 20 batters he faced getting first pitch strikes. It’s not known when his next start will be. (EDDIE MICHELS PHOTO)
