Hutchins a Pirate?

DUNEDIN, FLA.–RHP Nick Hutchins made his final extended spring training start on Tuesday vs the Toronto Blue Jays squad.

     Hutchins went two shutout innings allowing just one hit while walking none and striking out a like amount.  He threw 23-pitches with his fastball topping out at 88 MPH.

     Since Hutchins has yet to appear in a regular season professional baseball game the chances are he will start his professional career with the Pirates squad in the Rookie Level Gulf Coast League.
