DUNEDIN, Fla.—The Toronto Blue Jays white washed the Tampa Bay Rays Friday 5-0 allowing the visitors just two hits for their 12 win of the spring.

LHP Ricky Romero (left) got the win tossing four no hit innings walking two and striking out four on 52-pitches, 29-strikes.

An oddity to his performance was the fact that out of the 13 hitters he faced, Romero only delivered a first pitch strike to four of them.

RHP Jeff Niemann took the loss for the Rays allowing four runs on eight hits over 3 1/3 innings.  Niemann is looking to make the Rays opening day roster as their fifth starter.
