(RSE) –Toronto Blue Jays RHP Jesse Litsch (right hip surgery) throws long toss from upwards of 120-feet on Friday November 19, 2010 at the team’s minor league complex. Litsch, who had “Tommy John Surgery” in 2009 then hip surgery this past August stated after throwing that he will be ready to go when spring training arrives.
