Softball at Vanech

By on January 27, 2017
Women’s slow pitch softball is filling the Vanech Complex in Dunedin, Friday through Sunday.  The tournament is broken up into 55 and over, 60 and over, 65 and over along with 70 and over.  The players from the northeast, upper mid west and the south are filling the complex for the weekend.  The Vanech Complex is under consideration by the City of Dunedin to be converted to baseball fields within a year for the use of the Toronto Blue Jays.  This would leave the residents, including children and visitors with no place to play softball in the city.
