Utley gets the nod at DH for Threshers

CLEARWATER, Fla.–Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Chase Utley (chronic bad knees) stretches prior to his first rehab game for the Class-A Clearwater Threshers. The game is Utley’s first of the season where he started as DH batting in the third slot in the Threshers line-up.
