Improper Disposal

This pile of old tables, fence padding and other assorted materials used by the Toronto Blue Jays at the Englebert Complex just get thrown over the fence when no longer useful.  This pile is located between the complex itself and the protected wetlands that were damaged over a year and a half ago by the Blue Jays.  This pile has been at it’s present location for about two years plus. Surveyors are working inside and outside of the Englebert and Vanech Complex’s in Dunedin for the proposed expansion for the Toronto Blue Jays spring training site.
