TAMPA, FLA.–(Above) Toronto Blue Jays minor league pitching coach Paul Quantrill (left) has a chat with team pitching prospect and fellow Canadian Sean Ratcliffe prior to yesterday’s GCL game against the Yankees. Drafted in the 18th round of the 2013 MLB June Draft by Toronto out of Pickering HS in Ajax, Ont. Ratcliffe is 1-1 with a 5.14 ERA over seven games.
