Clearwater, Fla. — John Stilson, picked in the third round of the 2011 draft by Toronto, tossed a shutout inning during an extended spring game against the Phillies on Saturday May 11, 2013. Stilson split his first year as a pro in 2012 between Class-A Dunedin and Double-A New Hampshire posting a 5-4 record with a 3.88 ERA before going on the DL from July 30-August 15 with a right shoulder impingement.
