Howard continues work in Clearwater

CLEARWATER, Fla.–Philadelphia Phillies 1B Ryan Howard (left Achilles heal) fly’s out to center against a Yankee squad Wednesday June 13, 2012 during a short season minor league spring game. Howard batted leadoff every inning and went 0-4.

Also there today, Phillies outfielder Laynce Nix (left calf strain) and Jason Pridie, who recently signed a minor league contract with the Phillies.
