Janssen says All Systems Go

By on March 21, 2014

Blue Jays closer Casey Janssen (right shoulder) liked what he did in his one inning of work on Friday that saw him allow one hit and strike out two.
“It was good to get out there and work a little bit,” said Jansses of his facing Phillies Double-A hitters, “I threw all my pitches and got into the game.”
As to when and where he throws next Janssen said, “The plan is opening day.  I think I have two days off then get up there again, all systems are go, I am back on the normal routine.”
