DUNEDIN, Fl.–Out since April 9 with a sore right shoulder Pirates RHP Ross Ohlendorf threw four shutout innings in his first rehab

start for Class-a Bradenton.

     Facing Dunedin, Ohlendorf threw four shutout innings allowing two hits and striking out three while hitting a batter on 41 pitches, 33-strikes.

     “I felt like I was throwing a lot of strikes which I wanted to do,” said Ohlendorf, “It was something I wanted to accomplish.”

     As to when he will pitch next Ohlendorf said, “I assume it will be in five days.”

DUNEDIN NOTES: Toronto RHP Dustin McGowan (shoulder) will make his fourth rehab start for Dunedin.  McGowan is scheduled to go three innings, 50-pitches
